not so much a definite guide for this achievement but i got this with man utd in my first season.
man utd have a pretty good team and transfer budget, with not much trouble you should be able to finish top of the premier league and get this achievement
i'm sure they are other ways of getting this but i don't think it can get much easier than using man utd

Can also use the a team thats never gonna win the league. Then use editor to change their stats a little..
