club info > history > records > scroll down to bottom
you can also see highest transfer fee received here
make sure you're fees are higher than the records and it will pop soon as the players have signed/sold, especially when the deals were agreed before the transfer window is open, you will have to wait until they officially sign for the achievements to pop
