create a new draft
select knockout cup
set squad budget to lowest setting (100m)
set round time limit to 1 minute
unselect two-legged ties
i did this solo but i'm sure you could do this with a friend - for solo select "local players (hotseat)" in bottom right drop down and hit create competition. once you've created a club, you'll need to add just 1 AI manager in bottom right then in next menu you'll come to draft selection - i whizzed through hitting auto-pick and ended up with a decent team
now just make sure you win the game and achievement is yours

Can confirm this works, but it unlocked for me despite losing the game (did this solo in hotseat mode with 1 other AI manager).
