1st option : No editor, you've got 30 seasons for the other achievement, so just keep doing well and ask for pay increase every year, you'll get it over time.
2nd option : editor, Home, My History, Overview to see current earnings.
Then click on the pencil icon, top right and select "edit club contract details", put yourself on 600k a week with 100% increase every year.
600k x 52 = 31,200,000
1.2mil x 52 = 62,400,000
2.4mil x 4 = 9,600,000
So this will take 2 years and 4 weeks..... alot faster
You can buy the editor by going to the FM icon in game (top right), clicking downloads and buying from the store for £3.59.

Combine with national team achievements. Nation team have more money so you dont have to worry about budget. Need to play/sim 2-3 years anyway.
