champions cups - winner of champions league
euro super cups - champions cup winner vs euro cup winner
i unlocked this achievement in my 5th season, amassing a total of 22 cups but using process of elimination - it looks like club world championships and euro cups don't count towards this achievement
you can check which cups you have already won by going to FM button in top right > hall of fame then clicking on your name. alternatively you can also see this information at the bottom of your profile page, home > my profile.

You can also get this when going for the Knockout King achievement, which requires 25 cups in Draft mode.
