you will need more than 1910 score to enter the top 20 in order to get this achievement
i got this near the end of my 3rd season by winning:
3 domestic divisions
5 domestic cups
5 other club trophies
you can earn score by winning trophies - international trophies also count towards the score, so you can run a career managing both a club and a nation to get more trophies and more score

I was able to get this achievement when working on the Knockout King achievement (25 draft mode cups won). I don't remember how many cups it took (I think at most 10), but obviously these also count towards manager score as well.
