For clarification, this has to be at the same club.
If solely going for this, use the Icelandic league.
On the Xbox Edition, comments claim they got this after winning twice at a club that had won it before they got there. In that case, you could probably start a new game and win it somewhere like Celtic, PSG, Bayern Munich as they have won it for at least the two previous seasons.
Going on holiday and missing games won't give you credit for this, you have to play the games. This can be tracked in Xbox Console Companion App.

It does not appear that this achievement will unlock while in holiday mode.
