How to unlock the Going Places achievement in Football Manager 2021 - Definitive Guide

Wait for Carl-Zeiss Jena to get to 3.Liga and gain promotion with them, you will automatically get a new stadium. Happened on FM 20 and now 21 to me.

is it possible to get a bit more info? how long do I have to wait for this team to get promoted? is it easy to get them promoted once they are in 3.liga?

yes they somehow easily punch above their weight, they go up normally the first year

found an easy way of getting this

new career - england - everton

go on holiday until may 2021 and progress until end of season and the board will decide on a new stadium

don't know if it makes any difference but i finished 3rd
