Prior to starting the save download the following;

Follow the set-up guide and you are good to go.
When you set up the game, select the Scottish Premiership, and choose a small database. This will ensure things go faster. The reason we select the Scottish Premiership is because you can win two Manager of the Year awards each year. (Writers' and Players')
I would advise using Celtic as they are easily the best team in the country
Once you are in the league, set up your tactic with the following;

To complete this long process we are going to alternate between holiday and save scumming.
Home -> My Profile -> Go on Holiday -> Until Next Game
Once you are at the game, simply save before the game and then press instant result. If you win, rinse repeat. If you lose, reload the save and instant result again. Due to the strength of Celtic, the strength of the tactic, and instant result usually being favourable, you shouldn't lose very often at all.
To speed up the process I would also advise you delegate as many staff responsibilities as you can in the Staff Tab. I only kept transfer and hiring/firing responsibilities as I was comfortable handling those.
