found this easier with a league I know all the teams and what expectations, predicted to finish, etc

english premier division - aston villa

they have a decent team and with a few loan signings, I managed to finish 3rd in my 1st season

use same method as this


- delegate all responsibilities to other staff
- in matches use commentary only, no replays etc
- in preferences > advanced > set continue game timeout to instant
- after every match > go to home > my profile > go on holiday until next match

using these tips will make your game run a lot faster and you should be able to go through a season in about an hour, an hour and a half depending. this achievement is purely based off league so you can purposely lose in other competitions so your main focus is the league.

the achievement will not pop until near the start of your next season, after the season review slideshow and a bit of progressing further and it will pop
