Two options:

1. The simple way - You can start a new game as Bayern Munich and play the tournament in January and February 2021. I recommended doing this if you are just after this achievement.

2. The complicated way - After 2022, you qualify by winning a Champions League and waiting a few seasons. I recommend this way for a longer save, with no rush to get it.

The Club World Cup is every year except after 2022 when the format changes to every four years and more teams. The first one after 2022 is 2025 (yes, three years, not four years, due to COVID-19 delays), then 2029.

You qualify by winning the Champions League in your continent or as one of the host nation's highest-ranked clubs (usually a club from Qatar or Japan).

However, because the new format and qualification process has not been formalised by FIFA, you can get different rules on how to qualify for 2025 and beyond, but it is usually any winner of the Champions League plus the highest-ranked clubs of each confederation.
