Create a new game with an unemployed manager add the top divisions of England, France, Italy, Germany, Spain.
Go on holiday until 30th May 21. Save the game. Continue another one or two days and go to Globe (top right corner) > Europe > Award Winners. See who won the award and reload the game. Retire the manager (Home > Actions > Retire) and the add a new manager at the club who had a player or won it (likely Barcelona for Messi, Dortmund for Haaland, or Liverpool for Salah). Continue two days and it will unlock.

Will come naturally as you play woth a big team such as man utd, R.madrid, barca if you going for 100%.
