Yeah it definately looks like over one save, I even saved just before I won it, reloaded afterwards and that doesn't work, hoping I could just keep bulding on the achievement over and over. So basically you need 10 in one career, hope this helps. Only way to guarantee you get is by basically winning every trophy, first season I sim'd one game at a time and reloaded if I lost, got the top award, second I went on holiday most of the season, won the Community Shield, Super Cup, League and Champions Cup and didn't even come in the top 3..

Just to make people aware this does not seem to be something you can do in the French League as I did an Invincible season and didn't get a single month (the award does not exist) so use a Premier League save if after this one
