When doing this in the Singapore league (no relegation), I unlocked several other achievement (e.g., signing five wonder kids). Wasn't expecting them so was a pleasant surprise.

Yes, I got that one on holiday as well, but in Iceland. Apparently getting them through your own youth system is enough.
