I choose PSG and went on vacation for 3 years and while it simulated the achievement popped. It should unlock with a big team.

How do you go on vacation in this game? I've looked all over the preferences (the LT page), all over my Manager Profile bit and Club Info and cannot see a single place it gives me the vacation/go-on-holiday option....
