In real life, they're currently in the process of building a new stadium, which means in the game you don't even have to request it. They've already started the process, they'll just go ahead with the plans and eventually it'll be built.

I've been playing through with them normally and it took until the 24/25 season for them to get planning permission and the achievement. If you just turn on no-sacking and holiday indefinitely, you'll eventually get it.

I've been managing them to league titles and champion's league victories, so that might have sped it up a bit. Just make sure you don't get relegated, I'm assuming that'd affect the build.

don't have a foolproof method for this but can provide some tips that will help you

the board can decide to build a new stadium on their own, so you don't necessarily need to request this yourself, it can happen over time due to increasing stature, fans, revenue, etc.

i would suggest picking a decent team but not that of great stature already, as the biggest teams all pretty much have big stadiums to begin with and the board aren't likely to accept a request or decide to build a new one

as you build a decent team up, winning trophies and increasing reputation, the more likely you are of having a stadium request approved or the chance of the board deciding to do it anyway

to request > club vision > make board request > stadium > build new stadium

you will find out straight away in your inbox if your request has been approved or not, if rejected, make sure you save before and reload and keep plugging away every 6 months to a year.

this will unlock at the end of completion of the stadium, which can take 6-8 months after it gets approved

an easy way out for this achievement would be to spend £0.99 on board request in the in-game store, which will automatically approve 1 board request no matter what you choose
