Football Manager 2021 Xbox Edition

Select a young player that has an amber rating at a second position. (I picked a 16 year old CB that had amber rating at RB). Select Development tab -> Tick Control [name] individual training -> Then select the new position & role from the drop downs (RB/Support) -> Select Double Intensity. A couple of weeks later they will be ready for their new position and the achievement will pop.
