Football Manager 2021 Xbox Edition

This is an annoying achievement I just “cheated” a whole season with Man City winning 5 trophies - charity shield, league and Fa cups, champions league and won the prem. lost only 2 games all season. Manager of villa who finished 8th with a 54% win percentage won the award 😂😂😂

Best way to get this achievement is to play icelandic league. 22 competitions games and 11 or so cup games, later on with euro games. Win as much as possible and you ll be manager of the year everytime.
In this league you ll become manager of the year due to your points and not through voting as it is in other leagues and glitches a lot. This worked best for me. After 10 years, 10 leagues champs and dito cup wins it popped.

how do you use instant result?

DevilsGaming - on the Xbox version when you go onto the team selection screen the option for Instant Result is next to Play in the top corner.

CCliffy90 - that’s funny cos I won the league five times in a row with Man Utd and won manager of the year all five times. Everytime I’ve won the league on this game in the variety of challenges I’ve won it so that story isn’t the slightest bit believable.

One thing I worked out for this achievement is that it only the league matters, not the cups. If you go unbeaten in the league you will get manager of the year, but you can go out the cups. I won 10 out of 11 manager of the years, the only one I didn't win was when I lost a couple of games. After that I cheesed it and went unbeaten. A few draws don't matter, should still hit around 100 points.
