Start a career with FC Bayern.
Offer to other clubs - Sane, Lewandowski, Alaba, Coman and any other 50m+ players you find. You won't receive offers in first season most likely so go on holiday until the following season. You will most likely win the league and this should make teams come in for your best players.
I personally sold Coman to Chelsea for 63m after the transfer window opened the following season which broke the record.

I did this with FC Bayern on the start of the first Transfer window.
Sold Coman to Real Madrid for 37m. I believe the record was about 36m so I offered him out for 37m and Real was the first ones there
