How to unlock the Set Piece Specialist achievement in Football Manager 2021 Xbox Edition - Definitive Guide

EDIT: make sure to save after each set piece created - thanks to luckykant for clarifying

for this achievement you will need to create a routine for each individual set piece, this includes all varieties of each one

go to tactics > set pieces

corners >
defend > left
defend > right
attack > left
attack > right

free kicks >
defend > left > direct
defend > left > direct small chance
defend > left > indirect wide
defend > left > indirect deep
defend > right > direct
defend > right > direct small chance
defend > right > indirect wide
defend > right > indirect deep
attack > left > direct
attack > left > direct small chance
attack > left > indirect wide
attack > left > indirect deep
attack > right > direct
attack > right > direct small chance
attack > right > indirect wide
attack > right > indirect deep

throw ins >
defend > left
defend > right
attack > left
attack > right

once you have created a routine for every variation, click on the drop down and hit "save all routines" and once you have saved achievement should pop

I've tried this 4 times now and it's not popped. Seems very buggy

Do you need to change role /task of every player on every piece also?

The set pices changes back to routine 1 when you change others.. so this most likely bugged.m

Didn't need to do the throw ins, just corners and free kicks. All I did was go to each option, Create new routine, and saved.

I Just have earned this Achievement. As a German i play in german and here it is only for the freekicks. I edited All possibilities in the freekicks and the Achievement popped up.
So maybe someone can try it.

Can confirm what BCG said, I just saved all the various free-kick routines and it unlocked.

This random idusthree times, only got I saysave after every routine as person states , o did all free kicks throws lot , won world cup too,

Edgify is correct on how it is meant to work, but it doesn't unlock for most people like that.

I reported this to the developers who recommended saving each unique set piece after each set piece created. I did this and it unlocked. Give that a try if it is bugged for you.
