If you want to get this done quickly, the only three clubs with a starting budget above £50m are Manchester United (England), Bayern (Germany) and Real Madrid (Spain). You can pick any low value player and overpay for them.

For the non English players, it actually means sterling as the currency, so if you change your currency to dollars, you'll need above 64 million ish for the achievement to unlock it. 50 million dollars won't unlock it.

To get this you need to spend over £50m upfront on the transfer. It doesn’t count if your add ons take you over the £50m mark
