I did this with PSG. I went on Vacation choose 3 years and it simulated and this achievement popped once year 2 came along.

How do you go on vacation in this game? I've looked all over the preferences (the LT page), all over my Manager Profile bit and Club Info and cannot see a single place it gives me the vacation/go-on-holiday option....
