This can be done on 'Easy.'
You have your pick of teams and leagues, so ideally choose a strong squad with world-class players, or a team with significantly better players in a lower division (for instance, recently-relegated AFC Bournemouth in the Sky Bet Championship, which starts in April 2021 with 6 games to play).
You will have less than 10 games remaining in your season, and will have to win or earn a draw in each of them in order to complete the challenge.
Simply proceed to the next match, SAVE your game, and click or select 'Instant Result'. If you lose, you can simply reload your save and try again. Do this for each of the remaining fixtures.
The achievement will pop a few days after the final game of the season; you will also likely earn a few other achievements based on your team's strong performance.
Note that the following achievement cannot be completed at the same time, and needs to be earned in a regular Career game:
