The two teams I found this easiest to do with were Celtic FC in Scotland and FC Bayern.
With any luck you will draw a minnow at a certain stage in a cup competition. Instant result these games with the "Go for a big win" instruction.
You will more than likely unlock this through normal progression anyway but I got an 8-0 win in my first season with Bayern and a 9-0 with Celtic without really trying. Make sure to use 4-2-3-1 gegenpress as your formation and have your striker as a pressing forward.
