Ligue 1 in France doesn't appear to have Manager of the Month awards so this isn't achievable with PSG. You can pick it up easiest with Liverpool or Man City in the English Premier League

Same for Germany, tried it with Bayern but there is not competition in the Bundesliga.

South Africa does have a manager of the month award. Manage Sundowns and it should be easy to achieve
