Football Manager 2021 Xbox Edition

Please note, this may have been patched, according to one comment below. If you can't be hired, try to resign (thanks Cakes).

Very easy to do, takes about an hour. You need to move clubs 10 times.

Start a new career game and add the following leagues, under Advanced Setup:
- England (top 4 leagues)
- Spain (top 2)
- Italy (top 2)
- France (top 2)
- Germany (top 2)
- Scotland (top 2)*

* Feel free to ignore this nation depending on your PC processing power or Xbox One limitations.

After adding the leagues, don't click Start Game, but change the club (top left) and start unemployed.

Create a manager with past playing experience as International (Global level), and progress until you can get to the actions menu.

Click Go on Holiday and tick the following:
- Apply for managerial positions at: Any Clubs (click the menu to change to Any Clubs)
- Return from holiday when offered a job
- Go on holiday indefinitely.

It is very likely Sheffield Wednesday will offer you a job very quickly. Accept any job that is offered, and also reduce your wages and contract end date to the lowest amount possible to help clubs approach you when employed. Doing this means they will have to pay a smaller compensation fee.

When at the club, actions > Holiday and tick the same three as before.

The first few clubs will take a few months but you will be able to get 10 jobs offered within the first year. After the season ends, loads of jobs become available, and I had 4 jobs in 4 days, including going back to the same club twice, so you don't need to be at 10 unique clubs.

Should take about 30 mins to an hour.
