There are multiple international competitions that a win will unlock this achievement. There is the World Cup, but most continents also have an international competition. Euro has the Euros, Africa has the African Cup Of Nations, North America has the Gold Cup and South America has the Copa America. Winning any of these will unlock the achievement.

Any clue on how to get the managers job at a decent national team? All ive had is Northern Ireland and Scotland come up 😑

I managed to win the Euro Cup with Denmark. which wasn't easy. I needed to save and try different tactics in semi final and final - and lost many games there. At the end I won and after that I received a bunch of job offers from competitive nations like Croatia, France and Spain.

My choice was Spain and with them it was kind of easy to win the World cup.

Btw, to speed things up I always went on holiday between the games.

I won this achievement while on holiday with me managing the USA, was waiting for a good international team and didn’t ever get a job offer in around 2023 USA offered me the job I just said ok and went on holiday thinking I had to win a major tournament and would wait for the next and it unlocked after I beat Brazil in the u23 gold cup without me doing anything🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️😂
