Football Manager 2021 Xbox Edition

So the way I got this is to start the injury crisis challenge and take charge of Liverpool, Harvey Elliot is on loan at Blackburn Rovers, after my season finished he won the young player of the season in the championship and the achievement unlocked.

I’m not sure if this is random or if he wins it every time the first season when he is on loan

The challenge starts on game 26 so will be quicker than playing a full season

To get this achievement a player on loan has to win a player of the year award. I think if you send a player out and they win you unlock it as well but not 100% sure.

I was having a lot of trouble with this achievement, so I started a game just to get it and did the following, obviously with this game everything is random so it is not guaranteed but I did get it first try.

I started a new game with leagues from Germany, Spain, Italy, England and France, I went on holiday until the first season was over. I then retired and added a new manager and took control of Borussia Dortmund and made Erling Haaland available for loan and then offered him to clubs. Had to do this a few times which is strange cause he so good. I found once I changed the fee from 0 to the lowest number I then got a offer. In my game I sent him to athletico Madrid. Once contract is signed resign go on holiday till May 1st next year. Take control of Athletico Madrid and sim the last couple of games and if he had a good season he wins young player of the year and achievement unlocked. For me he was awarded it before the last game.

Will admit is a very long winded way to get this achievement and will be a bit random but with every different game I have played I normally sign Haaland and he is a absolute beast and normally scores loads of goals and wins the award.
