I believe this achievement can only be picked up by playing a league in England, but perhaps it will apply to every country in the UK.
Preferably choose Liverpool, Man City or Man United, as you have more money to hire.
Maybe activating Unlimited Scouting and No Sacking will help with the process.
Just select all of the above, enter the Technical Team area and leave everything to the team, then let the game do the rest. Go on vacation indefinitely.
I chose Liverpool and in the 25/26 season the achievement unlocked for me.

How do you go on vacation in this game? I've looked all over the preferences (the LT page), all over my Manager Profile bit and Club Info and cannot see a single place it gives me the vacation/go-on-holiday option....

@Burke maybe this is only possible on the PC. I played the entire game on Windows. There, the only game modes I tried that didn't give you the option to vacation, were the challenges.
