Put on easiest difficulty possible (pretty sure can be done on easy), choose PSG in the French League and just make sure you keep winning games in line with the boards objectives (very easy with PSG). What you want to do is play around 3 matches, ensuring you win all of them and then instant result the rest of them with the instruction "go for the big win". You should win the league without any issues and the challenge is completed.

The easiest way I've found to do this challenge (and most of the others) is pick TNS in the Welsh league, plug in a simple tactic (a 4-3-3 dm gegenpress for me) and instant result every game. TNS are far and away the best team in Wales and the seasons pretty short and quick!
