Create a new game with an unemployed manager add the top divisions of England, France, Italy, Germany, Spain.
Go on holiday until 30th May 22. Save the game. Continue another one or two days and go to Globe (top right corner) > Europe > Award Winners. See who won the award and reload the game. Retire the manager (Home > Actions > Retire) and then add a new manager at the club who had a player or won it (likely Tottenham for Kane, Dortmund for Haaland, or Liverpool for Salah). Continue two days and it will unlock.

I took Bayern and both awards where hard battle with Haaland, he got World and I European with Lewandoski. Salah and Kane no where seen, self saw De Bruine as 3th at 1 of the 2. I did win the Champions League and Domestic League.
