Football Manager 2022 Xbox Edition

This was fixed with the patch 22.2 update released on the 7th of December.

There are a couple of ways to do this.

1. Easiest if you have unlocked all job applications by completing the achievement requirements for that. Load any save, look at what jobs are available and then save the game. Retire your manager and create a new manager, adding that club as the new manager's favourite club. Then go to store > wallet and active the reward for all job applications. Apply for the job and you will get the achievement in a few days.

2. The other way is if you don't have the reward unlocked above. Retire a manager and then create a new manager, add the club that you just managed as a favourite. Then, once you added the manager, apply and wait a few days. If it doesn't work, rinse and repeat until it does. Note that you may want to add different levels of experience and badges depending on what league and club it is, but should not have too many issues.

The way I got this achievement was combined with the Unlock Manager Jobs (Manage 10 teams in one save).

I started with Man City and then resigned, was offered a job by whatever team.

Started a new save with Man City, and made my Fav Team the one that offered me the job after resigning. Might be luck based but the same team offered me the job after resigning for Man City and the achievement popped.
