I got this achievement randomly when letting my backroom staff take care of training and me having a young squad and playing them in positions then weren't natural with. For example, take a young (i.e. under 23) Natural Full Back but an Accomplished Wing Back, then play them at wing back and the AI training will start making them a Wing Back and after not too long (youngest retrains quickly, younger they are the quick generally) this will pop.
If you want to actually aim for this achievement, find a teenager in your squad who's already close to Natural (accomplished I think is closest) in a position, then in their player profile go to Developement, press X to take over training from AI and set the position to that of which they are to retrain to. Should be say to put at double intensity with injury risk still low as they're young. Then wait some weeks for the position to be trained. It's quicker if they also play in that position (for reserves count)
