This achievement becomes very easy if you unlocked "All Job Applications" first, which is not difficult, but troublesome and slightly luck-based. I've a solution here:
The Unlock All Job Applications achievement in Football Manager 2022 Xbox Edition worth 36 pointsYou unlocked all job applications
Once you unlock that, start a new game with a lowly club (I used a club from Germany Liga 3) and apply All Jobs Applications to it. Go on holiday indefinitely, choose apply jobs at higher division clubs. The achievement should unlock a few minutes into your holiday.
Turning on no sacking is not necessary because you'll be offered a job really quickly before you get the sack.
There's also no need to accept the new job. Being offered a job at a higher rated club will unlock the achievement.
