This one is difficult and there is really no way to guarantee that you won't concede goals however it can be done and here's how I did it :
Choose FC Bayern as your team
Set formation to 4-2-3-1 gegenpress (don't do park the bus, somehow it doesn't seem to be very effective) and from here you basically just need luck. Instant result the games choosing 'Smash and grab' as the default option, if you do concede simply reload the game and continue, changing to "strangle the game" and finally, if that fails "go for the big win".
Make sure to save the game after each clean sheet. Took me around 1 hour to get this and the other 2 related clean sheet achievements.

Did it fairly easily "scumsaving" with Bayern, without ever using an additional tactic when insta-resulting. Vast majority of games were clean sheets anyway, rest only took a couple of reloads at most apart from one Champions League group away game at Man City which I had to reload about 20 times
Also, despite the guide saying "save the game after each clean sheet", you should of course move on and save the game just before the next match. Then if you do have to reload you can play the match straightaway and not have to go through a week's worth of newsfeed.
