If you are trying to do this quick, I recommend that upon starting a new challenge save for injury crisis, to select the hard difficulty, this will give you over 10 injuries for the "Impervious" achievement - select PSG as your team.
You will start in mid-January 2022, see where you injuries are on the pitch, for example mine were both keepers and all my strikers and use the transfer budget to get players in to cover the areas you weakest as
Once that is done you can instant result/sim most matches and win in the French league as PSG.
Once the season is completed and the game day gets to 01st June the achievement will pop
