How to unlock the Unlock All Job Applications achievement in Football Manager 2022 Xbox Edition - Definitive Guide
This is unlocked by being manager of 10 clubs in the same save, and can be done while going on holiday indefinitely.
Start a new game as an unemployed manager, choose 2-3 countries, and for each country, choose at least the top two leagues. I chose England, Germany and Spain, but I don't think it matters very much. During my game, only the lower tier English clubs approached me anyway.
Once the game starts, click the date at the top of the screen to bring up the calendar. At the bottom right is the option to go on holiday. Click it, and select the following:
- Apply for managerial positions at: Any Clubs (use the drop-down list to select)
- Return from holiday when offered a job
- Go on holiday indefinitely
When a club offer comes in, negotiate and accept the job. This counts as one. Now, click and select "Staff". Click on your name to call up the manager screen. At the top right corner is the option to "Resign" and "Retire". Choose "Resign".
Repeat the steps to go on holidays and selecting the above job application and holiday options to join another club.
Rinse and repeat until you join 10 clubs. This should happen naturally over one to two seasons. Just by doing this, I joined four clubs before the first season even started, and I managed to join 10 clubs by April 2022. The trick is to resign immediately after being confirmed as manager to stay unemployed. Sooner than later, lower tier clubs will approach you despite your despicable antics
Take note that you need to be manager of 10 clubs. Accepting an international position does not add to the count.
EDIT: See comments from nuttywray for alternate method.

Guide great, won't add a new one but might be worth adding this.
I found it so much quicker if I started at Man City first. Think it made me a better reputation manager as I was getting loads of offers and just accepted and resigned straight away.
Did 6 new first month, then had to wait till Nov for the first round of sackings and did my final 3 then.
(Starting a job as Man City counted as 1 of the 10)
