How to unlock the Unlock Attribute Masking achievement in Football Manager 2022 Xbox Edition - Definitive Guide

This unlocks when you get 250 scouting reports, so this will take some time, dependent on how many scouts your team has. This is available at any team that has a scout (I was able to achieve it after a year in a 4th division Spanish team).

If you are managing PSG and leave the scouts to scout for themselves you get this by Christmas in year 1

Ditto for most top clubs I expect. I got this managing Newcastle, didn't do anything to do with scouting and got this same time (end of December season 1, so only months in)

Do also note this is a store unlockable which needs to be activated, and then makes the game harder, as it makes it so you cannot see exactly the stats of players without scouting them
