Unlock this perk by winning the league with five players from your youth squad. These players need to play five games to get a medal. I'm not sure if substitute appearances count. I think they do but I started the youths anyway just to be safe.

You can plan by fielding one youth player in your starting eleven, play him for five games, and then use another youth player to repeat the process. If your team is strong enough, the other players would usually be able to carry the rookie through. In fact, for some games I actually fielded five of them, and still won. Do note that youth players only appear in your squad later in your first season, so you could either field more of them as the season approaches its end, or do this from the beginning of your second season.

Achievement will unlock after the final league game of the season.

Only league games count, cup ties don't. Also, the youth players appear in your squad under reserves. You'd need to click "filter" at the top right screen, and check "reserves" to show them on your roster. The players will have the initials "YTH" beside their names.
