To unlock this I set up a new save with PSG. I offered Mbappe to clubs, the first offer in was Lazio. Once he signed for them, I went on holiday until the 15th May. The achievement unlocked just before I returned from holiday.

Worked perfectly, he went to Lazio and it unlocked 31st December. Maybe just detail to offer on loan too 👍 cheers
