To unlock this, you'd need to sign 5 players with the "wonderkid" media description under player information.

The player must physically be at the club for it to count. E.g., if you sign him during the season, and he joins only during the next transfer window, it'll count as one only after his name appears in your roster.

Some players that I could think of:
- Jude Bellingham
- Gavi
- Pedri
- Ryan Gravenberch
- Ansu Fati
- Jadon Sancho
- Noni Madueke
- Devyne Rensch

Does this have to happen on one save or is it a cumulative achievement?

Most achievements in this game requires one save

An easy way to find Wonderkids in your current save:-

LT and select SCOUTING
RB to PLAYER SEARCH tab
Select the drop down bar which should be directly underneath TRANSFER AND CONTRACT RESPONSIBILITIES (should say OVERVIEW, but might be different if you've already chosen something different before) and then hover over CUSTOM and select CUSTOM CURRENT VIEW
On the lefthand side, scroll down to and select MEDIA DESCRIPTION
Click on ADD which should be in the middle of the screen (this will move it to the list on the righthand side)
Press Y
Hold right on RS and hover over Media Description and click it (maybe twice) until the highest alphabetic description is shown

Wonderkids in your game shouldn't be too far down on that list now
