Football Manager 2022 Xbox Edition

As of the 7th of December, this has been fixed, as per the patch 22.2 notes

So this one is not buggy- but the coding has changed from last year, and every year previously, including the Xbox Edition 2021. This guide would work for all those versions but it is not needed, as it makes sense to just continue to 30 seasons after spending 20 years at one club etc. Both 2022 versions have had their coding changed.

This coding issue is not my theory but confirmed by the developers when I questioned them. Note that this was about the Windows version, but as of Update 22.2, this Xbox Edition follows the same coding as the Windows edition. Before 22.2, this was unobtainable.

So the issue is, going on holiday voids the achievement, similar to how Manager of the Months/Seasons and winning three league titles in a row have always been voided. You are only allowed 30 days holiday over 30 years. Playing for 30 seasons is a long time, however, we can get the achievement in 4 to 6 hours, depending on the processing power of your setup and your attentiveness to when you need to action messages.

It was confirmed by the developers who stated that:

Step by step

1. Start a New Game > Career
2. Change the starting job to Start Unemployed > Advanced Setup
3. Active Leagues and Nations > Indian National Football League only (league with the fewest games) (Might be worth using the Singapore league instead, thanks to comments).
4. Advanced Set Up > Database size > Small database
5. Start Game
6. Create a New Manager (uncheck teach me about key managerial concepts) > Confirm > Yes > Save
6. FM (top right corner) > Preferences > Skin > Tick "use caching to decrease page loading times" (you can also search from the bar at the top in this menu with the "words" to find the setting)
7. "Continue Game Timeout" to Instant
8. Tick "Increase the duration of processing breaks for fewer stops in play" > Confirm
9. Home > Inbox > Continue

This will take about 4 to 6 hours as it auto plays the game for you. Please note that it will stop when you get offered a job. When that happens, decline and follow step 9 again. I did it on my One X, and it will be quicker on newer consoles. neeker75 stated it took him 2 hours on a Series S, using Singapore's league (another quick league).
