The fastest way to get this is to start a new career with Chelsea (because they're in the next Club World Cup after the game starts).
Go on holiday until the start of February 2022, the tournament starts on the 3rd. Then just quick-result the games, there are only 2 matches to play, and you should win and get the achievement. Save your game before the matches just in case you lose and have to reload, but this is unlikely as you'll be facing weaker opponents.

Ah, didn't realise you could do this with Chelsea early on. The next one isn't until till 2025 and takes place in summer. The game hasn't programmed it very well and it takes place when your players are on holiday and players contracts change halfway through it.
