I played as Man City in England and had a home game against Norwich (any bottom of the league team will do, as long as you know you can dominate the game if you want to). Replaced my keeper with my backup, put my best players on the bench and moved some of the playing players to awkward positions... By half-time I was down 0-2. Replaced the weakest players on the pitch (including goalkeeper) with my best players and switched players to their natural positions , managed to turn it around to 4-2 before the end.
If you struggle you could place an outfield player in goal I suppose.
