Not really a guide but just posting to confirm that you can still lose a game on penalties and still get the achievement, I didn't concede in 9 games but in one I lost on penalties 0-0 after 90mins but still got the achievement. So yes you can lose a penalty shootout but still get the achievement if you did not concede in full time!
