A simple way to get this is holiday until the end of the season (or play through a season as normal), and make a save on the final day of the season. Not too long afterwards, the Goal of the Season will be awarded (providing the league has such an award), see who wins it, then reload your last save, add a manger of the team that had the player win it, and sim to the date of the award, at which point the achievement will unlock.
