For me I chose England and then went to Job Centre & applied for all jobs, I then went on holiday (till WC), also choosing apply for jobs and return if offered. Took 2 minutes.

I've resigned after the World Cup, then taken first job offered, twice,but no achievement. I think you have to have a job already for it to work.
