Paris St Germain (PSG) in the French Ligue 1 are probably the best option for this. The problem with teams like Man City, Bayern, Celtic, Ajax is there is a bigger chance of failing this due to other teams in their leagues who could pop up with the best defensive record. Especially Man City because of Liverpool.
PSG have the combination of one of the best starting XI’s in the game, the best goalkeeper, a ludicrous transfer budget if you want to bring players in and more importantly zero competition in their league.
When you start the game use the default formation and tactics and once you get through the friendlies auto pick your team. You now have four options:
1 - Play through the season normally. This is the longest method but gives you more control if things go wrong in game.
2 - Simulate each game from the match tactics screen before a game selecting “Play to Win”
3 - Click on the calendar at the top right (thanks LuckyKant), choose “indefinitely” for the return date and select the options at the bottom for preset team selection and tactics while selecting “Play to Win” from the bottom drop down menu.
4 - Save Scumming after every game that you concede 2+ goals in. I do NOT endorse this method but it would be wrong not to list this as it is the guaranteed way of getting this.
I did this using option 3 going on holiday for over an hour.
