Football Manager 2023

Adapting from LuckyKant's excellent guide:
Guide on how to sim this game: Football Manager 2023 Console Edition

Set-up:

Nation: Iceland
League: First Division (2nd tier under the Premier Division)
Club: Fylkir

Tactics: Attacking

At this level it should be easy for your team to do well with an attacking play style.

Once you hit halftime, press RT to move to the dressing room and you will be prompted to give your team feedback, select Pleased or Delighted.

In the second half you should have a goal or two already scored, change tactics to Very Attacking, this will increase your players risk taking and increase the likelihood of conceding a goal.

At the end of the game press RT to move to dressing room, if you have won and conceded a goal you can take a strict or positive posture with your team feedback. Choosing pleased or delighted should result in a positive effect on your team.

You may not need to concede a goal for this to work but it does add a negative aspect to the game which you can use motivational speech to support your team.

This is slightly luck based but you should be able to get it with this set-up in a few games.
