50G - National Heroes

To do this, you have to win a major honour (World Cup or European Championship) with an International Team.

Start a Career. At the team select screen, change the topmost drop-down menu to Start as an International Manager. Pick your team (the stronger the better, I went with England) and proceed.

Now, the first major tournament is the 2022 World Cup, which starts on 20th November 2022, and should be your FIRST cup tournament after the European League matches (I had two of these to sim). And since we start our career in 2022, the draw for this tournament will be one of the first things you see happen in your career. It will then take 90ish in-game days to get to the tournament itself. Sim the games and inbox announcements until this point.

During this period, you'll be asked to select your Squad for the World Cup. I thought my team had glitched with 21 players and I couldn't progress, but never fear. Hit LT, go to National Pool, tick the player you want to add, click the menu button > National Team > Call Up To England Squad. Once you have the requisite amount (23 minimum with 3 goalkeepers) and all green ticks at the bottom, you're set.

In the World Cup, there will be seven games in total, three group and four knock out. Ensure you win them all and top your group (save after every match and reload if you lose) and once you win the overall tournament, the achievement will pop. It took me about 40 minutes to do in total.

Start new game with international manager. I choose Brazil. After start game I skip fast date by I go to holiday until Nov 2022 that World Cup Event. Then just save every game and win all until get World Cup Trophy.

Note: After you unlock this achievement you and you must not resigned from current job. You can also get by go and select "Staff" menu and to go "Job Center" and click "Apply All". Then wait for few day some team will offer you a job.
